Directions

We are located at the N4 west of Middelburg, at the intersection of the N4 with the N11. Travelling east on the N12 towards Nelspruit, exit at the Bethal/Witbank offramp and travel north on Watermeyer Street. Turn east (right) into Steenkamp and first left into Karel Street. Turn right into Matthew street. We are on the corner of Mathew and Tino Streets.

Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your booking.

Please note that in the event a guest does not arrive on the stated date, or if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date: the full value of the total booking will be due (up to a maximum of three days).

Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally-booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).
